For individuals seeking employment and applying for vacant positions, the following information is considered personal data: last name, first name, patronymic, date of birth, residence address, home phone number, work phone number, mobile phone number, email address, marital status, information about children, information about education/advanced training (period of study, educational institution, faculty/specialization, specialty received according to the diploma, form of study), information about certificates, information about work experience and length of service (period of work, organization, field of activity of the organization, position, main responsibilities), information about knowledge of software products and programming languages, information about knowledge of foreign languages, information about professional qualities, information about personal qualities, city of residence, information about the vacancy of interest, information about the work schedule, information about the expected level and form of remuneration, information about hobbies.
1.1.6. Any other information about the user, the collection and/or provision of which is determined by Automacon for the provision of individual Services, as explicitly indicated when ordering such Services.
1.2. The personal data of the user provided to Automacon is considered unreliable and may be blocked until consent is obtained from the user or their legal representative for the processing of the user's personal data in any form additionally designated by Automacon, in addition to the form provided on the Website.
1.3. Automacon does not make decisions that have legal consequences for users or otherwise affect their rights and legitimate interests based solely on automated processing of personal data.
1.4. Automacon does not entrust the processing of personal data to other persons.
2. Purposes of Processing User Personal Data

5. User Rights and Obligations
